The course will help you to:

- Learn about the classification of industrial production processes for baked goods
- Build a better understanding of modern automation processes
- Explore the technological aspects of food safety and hygienic design
- Learn and come to understand the latest operation processes for industrial baking
You will combine theory with practical exploration using our school mill and bakery. At the end you use the latest technologies and process techniques with confidence to improve your baked goods production.
