The 600 mm flaking rollers are made by centrifugal casting. This produces rollers with high wear resistance and strength. The rollers are cast with an outer chilled-iron alloy and tough cast-alloy core. This gives them a robust flaking action, and also helps to reduce maintenance and increase production reliability. Choose from a whole range of different qualities of rollers.
The control unit and software give you precise control over your flaking process. The system is designed for easy handling and quick setup, controlling functions such as feeder gap setting, automatic start-up, and machine interlocking status during maintenance mode.
Patented roller end seals prevent pitting at the roller ends. This helps to reduce maintenance. The machine is also designed for easy access and quick exchange of wear parts.
Common base frame
The flaking mill and drive motor are mounted on a common base frame, supported by vibration dampers resting on the floor. This prevents vibrations being transmitted to the building structure, keeping noise to a minimum. It also creates a more pleasant environment for your team.
