This course offers you a step-by-step guide to cocoa bean processing. From fermentation, cleaning, debacterizing, roasting and grinding, to the powder production of cocoa, it covers all the technology and processes you need to know.
The training will combine theoretical learning with practical demonstrations on our pilot plant.
At the end of the course you will have a full understanding of all of the process steps and technology required to create the highest quality cocoa products, safely and efficiently.
